Neighboorhood Regeneration Office (NRO) at Demos

The REGEN Assessment Framework for urban Regeneration (AFUR) aims to design impaftcul decarbonisation scenarios.

These scenarios are simulated by neighbourhood regeneration offices (NRO) using the REGEN toolbox, thus promoting the paradigm of un Urban Digital Twin as the backbone of decision-support applications, including digital means to engage citizens in participation activities.

In addition, to go further than existing neighbourhood offices, REGEN suggests that the infrastructures of the NROs as well as the human resources, activities and services (including digital services relying on the REGEN Toolbox) provided by these offices will be standardised and shared, as key factors that enhance the communication and promote the bahavioural change and citizen engagement benefitting the regenaration interventions.
